Ham Steaks in Port Wine.

1 Ham Steak, cut 1 & 1/2 inches thick.
1 cup sweet cider
1 cup Port Wine
3/4 cup seedless grapes or raisins.
6 slices Pineapple (optional)
4 whole cloves.
Juice of 1 orange.

Method

Place ham steak in Crockpot. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on High for 1 hour, then Low for 6 hours. To thicken gravy: Set Crockpot to High. Remove Ham steak. Make a paste of 1 tbsp cornstarch and 3 tbsp of water. Stir into Crockpot cook on high until thick.
