2 quarts Strong hot
coffee
1/4 cup chocolate
syrup
1/3 cup sugar
4 cinnamon sticks
1-1/2 tsp whole cloves
1/2 tsp anise flavouring
Peel of 1 orange,
in strips for twists

Method
Combine coffee, chocolate syrup, sugar, cinnamon sticks, cloves and anise in Crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours. Serve in cups with twist of lemon and orange, and cap with whipped cream. Makes 12 servings.
1 cup fresh lemon juice(about
6 lemons)
1 cup fresh orange
juice(about 3 oranges)

Method
Combine first 5 ingredients in the Crockpot.Steep on high 1 to 1 1/2 hours.Stir to desolve any remaining sugar.Turn unit off. Let steep until cool. Cover and refrigerate. When ready to serve, fill pitcher with 1/3 fruit juice, 1/3 ginger ale and 1/3 water. Add ice and serve immediately.

cream filled mint patties
5 cups milk
1/2 cup chocolate
malted milk powder
1 tsp vanilla

Method
In the Crockpot, combine mint patties with milk, malted milk powder and vanilla. Heat on low for 2 hours. Beat with a rotary beater until frothy. Pour into cups; top with whipped cream. Makes 6 servings.
6 cups water, divided
3/4 cup sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
6 whole cloves
1 large lime, thinly
sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
3/4 cup fresh lemon
juice
Method.
In a Crockpot, bring 4 cups water, sugar, cinnamon and cloves to a boil on high. Reduce to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Disgard cinnamon and cloves. Stir in lime, lemon, lemon juice and remaining water. Let simmer for another 10 minutes. Pour into a large pitcher. Chill at least 1 hour. Add ice.serve... This can also be served warm.
2 qts apple cider
1/4 cup packed brown
sugar
2 sticks cinnamon
1 tsp whole cloves
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1 orange, sliced.
(unpeeled)
Method
Combine ingredients in Crockpot. Cover and heat on low for 2-5 hours or longer. Serve from pot. Makes 10-12 servings.
10 large tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon seasoned
salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
Method.
Wash and drain tomatoes.
Remove core and blossom ends. Place in CrockPot. Cover and cook on low
4 to 6 hours or until tomatoes are done. Press through sieve or food mill.
Add seasonings; chill.
If you want to drink
it like we do, pour over crushed ice and stir in 1 tsp worcestershire sauce.
1 c Long Grain Rice
4 c Milk
1/2 c Sugar
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 ts Cinnamon

Method
Place the rice in CrockPot
with enough hot water to cover. Let the rice cook on high till done. Remove
the water. Place 1/2 of the rice and 2 cups milk in a blender. Blend until
rice is all ground up. Mix in 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 t vanilla, 1/4 t cinnamon.
Do the same with the other half of the ingredients. Strain through cheesecloth
(or whatever). Can be drank hot or cold over ice. Makes 6 glasses.
